Massage points for the Wrist and Forearm
Muscularly the Wrist and the forearms form a single functional unit. Many of the primary muscles that power the wrist, hand and fingers originate in the forearm.
Like any muscle, overuse can lead to swelling damage and pain. The wrist and forearm muscles often suffer the stress of too much typing or grasping. When these muscles become damaged or stiff and can even misalign the bones of the hands and the wrist.
Massage to the forearm and hand muscles can relieve a great deal of this stress and tension (see massage for lower back pain for more info on massage).
