The Open Turtle Posture

This stance or posture is on of the Turtle Poses in Qigong training.

The focus of the turtle Posture is on the lower abdomen and Lower Dantien. There are a few important key points to performing this pose: roll your hips and sacrum off the floor, round out the shoulders and pull in the stomach.

The goal is to only have your lower back touch the floor and the mid back and the hips off the floor. And remember to lift your body up from your abdomen and not your neck.
