Low Back Pain circulation exercises
Almost every action that we perform requires that we use or hips and low back to support us. This regular usage leads to muscle tension and pressure on the Lumbar Vertebrae and Sacrum causing Low Back Pain. (also see what causes pain)
A helpful Qigong principle is to provide circulation to the lower back through therapeutic exercises. These exercises gently move the joints of the lower spine and hips, which gradually reduces the level of pressure on the joints. This can also reduce swelling in the lower back by allowing fresh blood to circulate into the joint spaces and remove excess fluids.
Below is a video of some Qigong therapeutic exercises that you can try. Remember that when performing these exercises you should be relaxed and in a calm setting. These exercises are particularly good for promoting a healthy back and recommended to be done on a daily basis. The exercises themselves only take a few minuets to perform.
The first video is an explanation of various therapeutic exercises. Try them out and find the exercise that feels good to you.

the next video is a condensed version of the video above, so you can use this one as a routine if you like. Unfortunately on this video I left out one or two exercises that I reviewed in the above video (oops)
