Low Back Pain – Chair Stretches – Hamstrings and Quads

The Hamstrings and the Quadraceps are major culprits of Low Back Pain and tightness.

Tight hamstrings can pull on the back of you hips and tight quadrraceps can pull on the front of you hips.  This leads to poor pelvic and spinal alignment that ultimately lead to Low Back Pain.

Stretching is the best defence against this issue.   In particular stretching at least one or more times a day will give you the best results.  Which is why I wanted to put together these chair stretches because they offer you a chance to get a least a little stretching into your day when you can’t perform a full routine (also see chair stretches – hips)
